We have had the final notice that the expansion of Newhaven King’s Park is going ahead. This is most likely to be going ahead from January 2026 but will depend in part on building and recruitment processes.

This decision notification is being issued to all relevant stakeholders, including:
- The Governing Body of Newhaven School (this notification)
- The parents of every registered student at the school (via the school)
- The Schools Adjudicator (this notification)
- The Diocesan Board of Education for any Church of England diocese within the local authority area (this notification)
- The Roman Catholic Church diocese within the local authority area (this notification).
