Clubs and Holiday Food
We are delighted to offer free meals and club space this Christmas, please see below the details.
Children can get a free packed lunch at our libraries this Christmas. Free holiday meals will be available throughout the holidays across the borough.
There’s no need to register beforehand, just turn up and tuck in at your local library. Serving times and days vary so check the website before attending: royalgreenwich.gov.uk/holidaymeals
Children and young people who are eligible for benefits-related free school meals can get a free holiday club place this Christmas.
Royal Greenwich’s Holiday Food and Fun programme is back offering families free holiday club spaces over the festive break.
Every club will provide a healthy lunch as well as activities ranging from coding to gymnastics – and everything in between.
Children aged between 4 and 16, and receiving or eligible for benefit-related free school meals, can claim a spot.
Clubs can also provide SEND support, with specialists also available.

Tickets to see Charlton play
Charlton Athletic, working in partnership with the Royal Borough of Greenwich, would like to offer children receiving or eligible for Free School Meals, a free ticket to an upcoming home fixture at the Valley.
The tickets on offer will be for Charlton’s match against Bristol Rovers on Saturday, December 17, which kicks off at 3pm.
We are asking schools to send a list to the club of children who would like to attend. Please note though tickets are limited and will be issued to households on a first come first served basis.
Families can request up to a maximum of two junior match tickets and one adult ticket. In order to claim tickets, the following details are required:

Full home address and postcode
Number of children and adult tickets required
Email address
