On Tuesday the 25th of March a selected group of student voice representatives from King’s Park met with a team of consultants for the British Transport Police.
The consultants were eager to find out how the British Transport Police could help with the safety of young people on their network and how they could improve the appearance of their promotional material aimed at young people.
The students involved were asked complex questions about both the experience of being young on public transport and how impactful the graphics, format and information of promotional material was.
Their feedback will be given directly to the British Transport Police who in turn have financially rewarded our young people and treated us to a business lunch thereafter.
