Dear Parent/Carer
I am writing to let you know that you are being invited into school on Thursday 11th November to discuss your child’s engagement and progress so far this year. This will be an opportunity to talk to class teachers, as well as mentors/tutors about academic progress and non-academic growth. Academic progress reports will be sent home at Christmas. However, in the meantime, staff will have information about attendance to lessons, behaviour and engagement with learning.
Teachers will be available in school between 4pm and 6pm on the 11th. Mentors or tutors will call to check you can make this. If you need an appointment at another time, we will try to accommodate that. You are always welcome to make a phone appointment, if that suits you better. If you have any further questions, please get in touch with your child’s mentor/tutor or their subject teachers.
