futureversity

For the second year in a row, Young Greenwich is joining forces with Futureversity to deliver a range of summer activities to the young people of Greenwich.

This year we have put together a brilliant summer offer and hope you will encourage you or any young person you know to be a part of this years’ Greenwich summer fun.

With over 40 courses, our programme will be running from Monday 26th July – Friday 20th Aug (excluding weekends). The activities will be on set days, from Tuesday – Thursday every week.

Signing up is easy! All you need to do is click below and book any of the sessions within the following weeks by Wednesday 21st July 2021:

Tramshed’s

Hare & Tortoise is being performed outdoors at Eltham Park South (SE9 1AN) on Sunday 1st August, 11am-1pm and I would like to invite you and your families to attend this family-friendly exclusive show!

The show is 45-50 minutes long, and we will be following this up with:

  • a short meet-and-greet with the Hare and the Tortoise characters
  • fun drama games
  • complimentary refreshments for participants and families

This opportunity is FREE only to SHOUT members, and anyone who has attended Short Breaks at Tramshed. Parents/carers/guardians/siblings are welcome to stay to watch the show with their young person (and join us for games and refreshments afterwards!)

I am attaching a screenshot on Google Maps of the location for your reference. The red circle represents where the performance area will be. There is free parking at the site, and an accessible toilet at the nearby café.

NB: There is a 2nd performance of the show at 2pm, which you would be welcome to stay and watch, but this will be open to the public. For more information about a recent performance, please see here.

A couple of you are moving on from SHOUT next term, so it would be lovely to see you there to say ‘farewell’!

If you would like to attend, please email Nicole Allwood by Monday 26th July, 5pm with how many people you would like to bring, and she can add you to the list.
